Oversees investment performance, governance standards and strategic decisions at iCapital. He began his career at Deloitte Vietnam (2004–2007) and then served as Deputy Investment Director at the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) until 2015. Since 2016, he has held leadership positions at GELEX and Tran Phu Mechanical Electric – two major companies in Vietnam’s electrical equipment industry.

Manages the firm’s investment process, with a focus on deal sourcing, fintech and asset management. Since 2001, he has been associated with Bao Viet Fund – one of the top investment funds in Vietnam – holding positions from Head of Investment and CEO to Chairman. He previously served as Chairman of Bao Viet Securities (BVSC) and as a Board member of Bao Viet Holdings, and is currently a Board member of GELEX.

Responsible for deal sourcing, investment evaluation and transaction execution. He began his career at Bao Viet Fund with exposure to both public and private markets, covering sectors including banking, insurance, rubber and light industrials; over 75% of his stock picks outperformed the broad market. He is a CFA Charterholder and is actively involved in the Vietnamese CFA community.

Manages iCapital’s internal financial and accounting activities. She has six years of experience as a senior accountant at Song Da 5 hydropower company, before becoming Chief Accountant of Post and Telecommunication Construction Company in 2014.

Joined iCapital in 2021, when the company was founded. Responsible for financial accounting and internal accounting activities, including document management, tracking receipts and payments, preparing financial statements and supporting the company’s other financial, administrative and operational activities.

He brings more than ten years of experience in audit and financial advisory with Deloitte in Vietnam and the United States (Boston office). At Deloitte Vietnam, he led the Audit & Assurance and Financial Advisory practices before serving as Deputy Director of Financial Advisory Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Finance from Foreign Trade University.
